I asked United Contracting to come in and do a complete tear off of our roof.  They were to replace any bad areas under the shingles with new plywood if needed.  I asked for a rubber roof to be put on my garage (It's pretty flat).  We spoke during the winter months and agreed when the weather got better they would come in and take care of the roof.

Ray called the first week of May when the weather started to break.  He said he had a week that was open and could come in and get to work.  I had to be at work the first day he showed up and he called me to let me know he was there and was starting the tear off.  United came in with a crew of guys and really went to work.  I would come home periodically from work to see how the progress was going and every time Ray would come down and talk to me.  He would show me pictures of any bad spots and asked how I would like them repaired.  His crew worked pretty late into the day.  The front of the house and the bushes were covered and protected.  I was digging a french drain on the south side of the house.  They had to work around the ditch (5 ft deep in some places).  He never mentioned anything about it.  They picked every piece of material off the ground (Even in the ditch).  The last part they had to do was the garage.  Ray wanted to do it on a really nice day.  He asked if he could come with another guy on Saturday and take care of it.  I said sure no problem.  My wife and I came back from running errands that day and it was done. 

I was very impressed with their efforts to make sure I was satisfied.  Ray stayed in constant contact and always made sure if I had any questions or concerns to tell him.  He checked in on the roof a year later to make sure things were going well.

Ray came by to inspect my roof for a leak in one of the valleys.  He inspected and patched the opening with caulk.
Ray was very prompt, and as always friendly and professional.  He would not accept payment and just asked to keep him in mind for future work for myself and friends/family.  He is a very reliable and honest contractor, with excellent workmanship. I would recommend him (and have) to anyone.

Overall really happy with the service and the finished product. Met with them to get a quote and about a week later I hired them. They were able to get started building the fence only a couple of weeks later which was great. After the first day, we got a foot of snow, so I figured they wouldn't be back for quite sometime, but a day later they came and finished the job,and the fence looks great. Definitely recommend using them, I will be for sure in the future.
